Replica Gun colt Dragoon pistol

The dragoon pistol was issued to cavalry detachments as a saddle carried weapon, it was ball and cap loaded and needed to be serviced and kept dry for reliability. An unusual gun compared to the later sleeker colts but had a run of popularity by the US army and the frontier public. A good collectors piece for re-enactment show or historical interest.
